Blown Away by the Winds of Crete….
The endless and WINDY summer is on! we are opened since the 10th May. 
European freestyle championship came to Palekastro ! The conditions were amazing !! See the photos on Pictures & Blog or on the EFPT website.
Our friendly surf resort lies in the middle of a stunning 2km sandy Bay and its becoming renowned as the most wind-certain spot in Greece, even Europe – hence, why the largest windmill park in Greece has been built in this area. The wind blows side shore from the left and achieves a wind force between 4 and 7 Beaufort, we mainly sail with 4.5 to 5.3 meters.
We constructed the station, to allow lots of wind protection, ensuring non-surfer’s, families and children have an enjoyable time. Plus the trees surrounding the beach provide excellent shade. Naturally we are also offering; electricity, water supply, beach shower, sun beds, volleyball, drinks, evening entertainment and fun party’s.
The combination of the charming Greek village, Palekastro, with its amazing panorama far away from mass tourism and the lively energy of the young International surfing community, guarantees a unique holiday experience…. which we hope you can enjoy this summer…
