These three villas, built in traditional Cretan style, are situated on the slope of a hill, in a very quiet and peaceful area, with a spectacular view of the long, sand and pebble beach of Kouremenos and the surrounding mountains.
The three villas are approx. 900 meters away from the sandy beach and approx. 2,5 km from Palekastro village and are surrounded by a beautiful garden and olive trees.
Villa A and villa B are situated approx. 15 meters apart and are type V2LK for 4-5 persons, have 2 separate bedrooms with 1 double and 2 single beds, a cosy living room with a sleeping area for 1 person, a well equiped fitted kitchen, bathroom, large sunny veranda, central heating, and air-conditioning.
Villa C is located approx. 60 meters further down the hillside, type V2L for 4 persons, with 2 separate bedrooms with 1 double and 2 single beds, living room/kitchen, bathroom, air-conditioning and a large veranda. In the garden of this villa there is a Cretan wood oven where you can try your hand at traditional Cretan cooking.

The owners of the villas, Evagelia and George, are a very friendly, generous and hospitable couple, always ready to offer their guests their assistance for a pleasant stay.
There are two small fish tavernas approx. 1100 metres away, on Kouremenos beach but all necessary shops, restaurants, cafes, mini markets, plus nightlife facilities are to be found in Palekastro village. An ideal location for those seeking peace and relaxation. (CS X 2)

The Vigla complex, with breathtaking, uninterrupted views over Kouremenos bay and the mountains, situated on a hill bearing the same name, consists of 2 identical houses, one approx. 40 metres above the other. The houses are approx. 1400 metres from the beach of Kouremenos and approx. 3 km from the village of Palekastro.
Each house has two adjoining apartments, with 2 bedrooms, one with one double bed, one with 2 single beds, living room/fully-fitted kitchen with sleeping area for 1 extra person, WC/shower, satellite TV and air-conditioning in the bedrooms. 
Each apartment has a large balcony and the houses are surrounded by a pleasant garden.
Built onto apartment B is a small room, which is sometimes used by the owners, who are most helpful and friendly.
There are 2 small fish tavernas approx. 1550 metres away on Kouremenos beach but all necessary shops, restaurants, mini markets, tavernas, cafes and nightlife facilities are to be found in Palekastro village. An ideal location for clients seeking peace, quiet and relaxation. Car hire is recommended (CS x 2).

Galini Studios are set in a beautiful garden and are ideal for those seeking relaxing holidays, close to the sea.
Situated approx. 2900 metres from the village of Palekastro, on the main road to the famous Vai palm grove, approx. 800 metres from Kouremenos beach, the complex consists of:

The small, newly refurbished, family owned and run Hotel Hellas is situated in the centre of the lively village of Palekastro, ideal for those wishing to experience everyday village life with all its facilities, yet not far from sandy beaches and the countryside. Carefully renovated by the 15th Century Toplou Monastery, this stone residence has kept all the charm of its past. Although located near the road, the property we offer is hidden from sight and is extremely quiet from early evening.

These unique little houses are situated on Hiona beach, very close to the water’s edge, with a splendid view of the beach.

They are built on two levels. On the ground floor there is a small open plan living room with a sleeping area for 1 person, kitchenette and house number 1 also has a double bedroom on the ground floor.

A narrow spiral staircase leads to the first floor landing with attractive “ship style” bunk beds in pine, off which there is a shower/WC. From here a door leads to a small but very compact double-bedded room, with a breath-taking view of the sea. The houses are clad in traditional stonework, with a large, sunny veranda facing the sea.

Next to the property is one of the three fish tavernas of Hiona beach. This taverna may be busy at weekends and during August, but for the rest of the time, business is fairly modest.

Necessary shops for provisions, mini markets, restaurants, coffee shops, plus nightlife facilities are to be found in Palekastro village, approx. 2.2 km away.
